The product. Unthread is a SaaS e-commerce platform for brands that outgrow off the shelf tools. It brings multi-country pricing, real time inventory, omnichannel retail management and bulk editing into one place.

My role. I was the solo product designer and also ran product management. That meant owning the product vision end to end: UX research, feature analysis, dashboard architecture, and running delivery with the engineering team through Agile Scrum.

The pivot. When the business chose to focus on jewellery brands, the product had to follow. I designed dynamic pricing tied to live gold rates, automated discount schemes and store specific inventory, which are the problems jewellery retailers actually deal with every day.

The result. Kisna Jewellery now runs on Unthread. This project was the turning point of my career, the one that made me a product designer rather than just a UI designer.
